Her current portfolio includes North America’s first Raffles Residences, The Parker, 1515 Comm Ave, and The Quinn. Across these marquee developments, Rebecca manages fullcycle execution from blueprint to sellout—guiding sales strategy, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and providing operational oversight totaling more than $850M in sales. Her handson approach allows her to anticipate challenges, adapt to market dynamics, and consistently deliver results. From initial offer through closing, Rebecca oversees the sales process and negotiations—protecting developer interests, advancing pricing strategies, and maximizing value across every transaction. Her leadership and impact were recognized in 2021 with the Rising Star of the Year Gold PRISM Award, highlighting her creativity, drive, and commitment to excellence in the luxury real estate sector.
Prior to joining The Collaborative Companies, Rebecca built her career in luxury marketing across hospitality, finance, and lifestyle brands. Rebecca earned her Communications degree from Keene State College, with minors in Political Science and Philosophy.
