Manuel, formerly the Sales Director at Raffles Residences Boston, led one of the most successful sell-outs in Boston history. Raffles Residences Boston, a five-star luxury brand, boasts 146 private residences, 147 hotel rooms, and five world-class restaurants. In just under four years, the project achieved a total sellout exceeding $500 million. Manuel’s leadership was instrumental in this remarkable success. Now, he is at TCC’s newest project, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Boston at South Station Tower, a world-class luxury brand by Hines. This project features 166 private residences, a 1-acre private sky park, and 15,000 square feet of private amenities atop one of Boston’s tallest residential towers. Manuel’s leadership continues to play a pivotal role in this exciting development.

With over two decades of experience, Manuel has built a reputation for unwavering client commitment and exceeding expectations. His role extends beyond transactions, fostering holistic client relationships. Manuel’s career began in 2001 at Coldwell Banker, where he quickly rose to prominence, ranking among the top agents under 25. This early success paved the way for collaborations with local development teams, contributing to the creation of exceptional residential spaces in Somerville and Cambridge. Before joining TCC in 2021, he spent 16 years as Senior Vice President at Boston Realty Advisors where he launched the Advisors Living brand, earning multiple top-twenty accolades.

Manuel’s meticulous attention to detail, deep understanding of client needs, and unwavering commitment to turning visions into reality set him apart. Manuel’s educational background includes Hotel & Restaurant Management from Boston University and Fine Art from the Tufts University Museum School. He currently resides in Newton, Massachusetts, with his wife, three children, and their two dogs, Max and Beau.
