Laura joins The Collaborative Companies with over a decade of real estate experience. She spent 7 years working with one of Boston’s top producing agents, being involved in an average of over $100M yearly in sales during this time. Laura is comfortable working with high end residential buyers and sellers throughout the sales purchase process. Her most recent position was with the Harvard Allston Land Company during the initial stages of developing Harvard University’s 14-acre land in Allston/Brighton.
Laura is fluent in Spanish, English, and French and is a Puerto Rico native who graduated with a degree in Communications from Boston College. She fell in love with the city and has been here ever since. With years of hospitality experience in some of Boston’s most exclusive venues, interacting with a wide variety of patrons, Laura excels in creating a connection with every buyer and making their experience seamless and memorable.
