Katie O’Neil is excited to bring 7 years of marketing experience in hospitality and retail to The Collaborative Companies. Katie joins the team to develop and execute strong marketing and sales strategies for a variety of TCC projects. Prior to joining TCC, Katie managed the events program at SHOWFIELDS, a trailblazing art & retail concept. She consulted event strategies for clients including Klarna, Amazon, and Bumble. In 2020, Katie spearheaded the launch of the e-commerce platform, generating significant revenue for small businesses during a time in need. Previously, she oversaw marketing for Gurney’s Resorts, a line of luxury resorts and spas. Successful brand identity and thoughtful resort programming resulted in the Gurney’s Resorts being included in Travel & Leisure’s “World’s Best” List, as well as recognized for a Webby Award for the “Gone to Gurney’s” social media campaign. Katie has additionally operated as the Marketing & Events Manager for LDV Hospitality, where she assisted in opening 12 new restaurants in 8 different markets, including New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Puerto Rico. Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in Media, Culture, and Communications from New York University.
