Kathleen recently joined the TCC team as a Marketing & Research Analyst. With prior experience in e-commerce analytics, she has translated these skills to the real estate industry. Through analysis of luxury residential product and competition in the Greater Boston area, she creates customized reports that look at both specific and more broad-based market trends. Furthermore, by examining these trends and nuances in the data, she helps to identify potential strategies for client success. Kathleen is a University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill graduate and has recently moved to Boston from North Carolina.
