Dan joined The Collaborative Companies in 2021, after 5 years with Coldwell Banker, where he marketed and sold several condominium developments, primarily in Boston’s South End and South Boston neighborhoods, culminating in over $100 million in new construction sales. His experience and management of the creative design process, pricing and project input resulted in successful presales and sell-outs of every development.
Prior, Dan was Vice President of Operations with Accelerated Marketing Partners, “AMP”. During his tenure with AMP, Dan managed the process and the development of unique marketing strategies that resulted in the disposition of over 2 billion dollars’ worth of distressed real estate for such prestigious clients as Vornado Realty Trust, Canyon Johnson and The Carlyle Group.
Dan brings a talented skill set to the marketing and sales of boutique developments. From analytical pricing, unit design and sales management, he provides a “large-scale” service to smaller development opportunities.
A native of Boston, Dan is a Boston University graduate and now lives in Weston with his wife, two daughters and their King Charles Cavalier. He is an active tennis player and golfer at Pine Brook Country Club, an active donor to the Boston Children’s Museum, The Land Sake’s Farm in Weston, the Lahey Clinic and the BU Tennis Program.
