Cindy is a resourceful professional who over the last 25 years has gained experience in everything from land development and product selection to marketing and sales in new construction in both urban and suburban markets. She is currently the Sales Director for RafflesBoston in the Back Bay, Boston’s newest luxury project in concert with the internationally acclaimed Raffles Hotel. Cindy has consistently been a Top Producer, earning the prestigious PRISM Award for Salesperson of the Year in 2016.

She has served as Sales Director for Pierce Boston in the city’s vibrant Fenway neighborhood and has also successfully marketed Belclare, the highest priced condominium development in Boston’s suburbs. Prior to joining The Collaborative Companies, Cindy worked for such notable development firms as Toll Brothers, Pulte Development, and the New Boston Fund, where she honed her knowledge of new construction.

Cindy also serves as the Director of Training for TCC, educating our staff on the Critical Path Sales Method, the new development construction industry’s premiere program. Her sales skills are second to none, having been cultivated through years of NAHB’s training system and educational designations.

Cindy has a degree from Mass Bay College, Wellesley.
