Cindy is a resourceful professional who over the last 25 years has gained experience in everything from land development and product selection to marketing and sales in new construction in both urban and suburban markets. She is currently the Sales Director for The Collaborative Companie’s newest project, South Station. Cindy has consistently been a Top Producer, earning the prestigious PRISM Award for Salesperson of the Year in 2016.

Cindy’s leadership has extended to diverse iconic projects, including her role as Sales Director for Raffles Residences Boston; the first mixed-use development in North America for the world-renowned Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand. In addition, she led the sales for Pierce Boston, located in the dynamic Fenway neighborhood. Her accomplishments further encompass the triumphant marketing of Belclare, an enclave of opulent condominiums that claimed the mantle of Boston’s most prestigious suburban offering.

Prior to joining The Collaborative Companies, Cindy worked for such notable development firms as Toll Brothers, Pulte Development, and the New Boston Fund, where she honed her knowledge of new construction.

Cindy also serves as the Director of Training for TCC, educating our staff on the Critical Path Sales Method, the new development construction industry’s premiere program. Her sales skills are second to none, having been cultivated through years of NAHB’s training system and educational designations.
