About Laura Pierce

As TCC's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Laura provides comprehensive oversight for the city's largest development projects, guiding them from initial land purchase through occupancy. Her expertise spans strategic pricing, market analysis, branding, digital marketing, floor plan design, amenity trends, and consumer behavior. She manages budgets, develops marketing strategies, and leads sales teams while overseeing the daily operations of sales galleries.

In addition to overseeing the sales and marketing for a vast majority of new construction projects across the city, Laura is the Project Manager for The Fallon Company’s prominent Fan Pier development, One Harbor Shore. She also manages the sales and marketing for Related Beal’s Lovejoy Wharf. Notably, Laura is the Project Manager of Boston’s largest residential project, EchelonSeaport, a 1.3-million-square-foot, three-tower mixed-use development in Boston’s Seaport District.

With a background in retail visual marketing, Laura’s creativity has been a key component in the oversight and implementation of The Collaborative Companies’ marketing programs. Laura has been the recipient of numerous PRISM awards for sales and marketing for her TCC projects and is a “Best of Boston” award-winner for visual merchandising. Before TCC, Laura held executive positions at Bachrach Photographers, The Estee Lauder Companies, and LVMH. Laura and her family reside in Natick, Massachusetts.
