About Jae Wolcott

Jae is the Sales Director for The Quinn Condominiums by Related Beal, bringing a strong background in luxury leasing and property management to his role. Before joining The Collaborative Companies, he served as the Leasing Manager for The Alyx at Echelon Seaport, managed by Cottonwood, where he led pre-leasing efforts during the height of the pandemic. Despite the challenges, Jae successfully stabilized occupancy within nine months—while managing some of the highest rental rates in the Seaport, reaching up to $20,000 per month. He also held a prior role as a Leasing Consultant at The Benjamin Seaport Residences, managed by Berkshire.

Jae’s extensive experience in high-end residential leasing has made his transition into real estate sales seamless. A licensed real estate professional in Massachusetts, he is known for his client-focused approach, deep market knowledge, and ability to foster genuine relationships.

Born and raised on the North Shore, Jae has a strong connection to the Greater Boston area and a nuanced understanding of its diverse neighborhoods. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and discovering new restaurants throughout the city.
