About Hana Prawdzik

Hana Prawdzik brings a thoughtful blend of sales and marketing experience to Boston's luxury real estate market. A licensed Massachusetts real estate professional, she began her career in commercial leasing, representing both local and national brands while navigating complex negotiations, market strategy, and high-profile transactions across Greater Boston and beyond. During that time, she developed a reputation for pairing strategic thinking with genuine curiosity, taking the time to listen, understand each client's goals, and develop creative, tailored solutions that foster long-term relationships.

Today, Hana is part of The Collaborative Companies' sales and marketing team, supporting one of Boston's most prominent residential developments, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Station Tower. Her role spans far beyond traditional sales, bringing together client experience, event planning, operational coordination, and developer relations to help deliver a seamless ownership journey from first introduction through closing.

Approaching every interaction with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, Hana believes the best client experiences begin by understanding what matters most to each individual. She enjoys building meaningful relationships, creating thoughtful experiences, and helping buyers feel informed and confident throughout every step of the process. Whether coordinating behind the scenes or welcoming prospective homeowners into a new community, she brings a calm, collaborative approach and an eye for detail. To Hana, an exceptional project is about more than beautiful buildings in premier locations — it's about thoughtful communication, personalized service, and creating lasting relationships built on trust.

A graduate of Boston College with a degree in Psychology and Communications, Hana combines an understanding of human behavior with a passion for Boston's evolving skyline. She is inspired by the opportunity to help shape communities, represent exceptional developments, and contribute to projects that leave a lasting impact on the city she proudly calls home.
