Meet Erin

With a career rooted in Boston’s luxury real estate market, Erin Roper brings deep expertise in both new development and seller representation to her role as Director of Sales at The Parker. She began her real estate career in 2018, building a strong reputation in South Boston by helping homeowners successfully prepare and sell their properties. Erin has been a key partner to developers on more than ten new construction projects across South Boston. From concept to closing, she played a hands-on role in refining floor plans, selecting finishes, and driving pre-construction sales—giving her a unique understanding of how to position and sell residential product in competitive urban markets.

Before entering real estate, Erin managed multiple retail stores and led high-performing teams, specializing in driving sales, product knowledge, hiring, and staff development. She was also part of the opening teams for flagship stores in Toronto, Los Angeles, and Boston, further shaping her leadership and customer experience background. Erin is a graduate of Norwich University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Leadership. While there, she was a four-year member of the women’s soccer team and an active member of the snowboarding club. Originally from the coast of Maine, Erin now lives in South Boston with her husband and their beloved bulldog and golden retriever.
