Manuel is the Sales Director for Raffles Residences Boston, the first mixed-use development in North America for the world-renowned Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand. With a career spanning over two decades, Manuel’s journey has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to his clients and an unparalleled dedication to exceeding their expectations. Manuel’s role extends far beyond transactions – it embodies a holistic approach to client relationships.
Commencing his career in 2001 at Coldwell Banker, Manuel rapidly emerged as a rising star, quickly ascending to become one of the foremost agents under the age of 25. This early success was merely a prelude to his future accomplishments, as he embarked on collaborative ventures with local development teams, contributing to the creation of exceptional residential spaces in Somerville and Cambridge. Prior to his affiliation with TCC in 2021, Manuel dedicated 16 years to serving as the Senior Vice President at Boston Realty Advisors & Advisors Living earning him numerous top-twenty accolades.

Manuel studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Boston University and Fine Art at the Tufts University Museum School. He currently resides in Newton, Massachusetts with his wife, three children and their two dogs Max and Beau.
