Rebecca occupies a dual role within The Collaborative Companies as Director of Business Development and Project Manager. Her responsibilities encompass fostering TCC’s business expansion, boosting revenue streams, and enhancing brand visibility. As Project Manager, Rebecca oversees North America’s first Raffles Residences, The Quinn by Related Beal in the South End, and The Davis Companies’ latest venture, 1515 Commonwealth Ave. In this capacity, she manages team recruitment, development, and support for sales and leasing operations, while also driving strategic marketing visions for each project.
Rebecca’s exemplary performance has been acknowledged through multiple PRISM awards for exceptional sales and marketing, and she achieved the Gold Award as the “Rising Star of the Year” in 2021. Her previous experience in luxury marketing across the hospitality and financial sectors paved the way for her seamless transition into real estate, marked by the acquisition of her real estate salesperson license.
