Monica joined The Collaborative Companies this year and is the Leasing Director for HEW in Brighton, Massachusetts. She has led the leasing efforts for high-profile luxury projects, including The Kensington, 30 Dalton, and The Benjamin and VIA in the Seaport. She brings extensive experience from her tenure at esteemed companies such as Bozzuto, Berkshire Communities, Greystar and Metropolitan Partnership.
Monica graduated from the University of Maryland, where she studied behavioral and social sciences. She believes in real estate’s potential to transform and positively impact individual lives and communities.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Monica enjoys immersing herself in Boston’s diverse neighborhoods, attending and giving back at local events, and fostering deep, meaningful connections within the community.
