Monica joined The Collaborative Companies this year and is a regionally known professional for her success at high-profile luxury properties in Greater Boston. She has led the leasing efforts for projects including The Kensington, 30 Dalton and The Benjamin and VIA in the Seaport. She brings experience from her tenure at esteemed companies such as Bozzuto, Berkshire Communities, Greystar and Metropolitan Partnership.
Monica graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Behavioral and Social Sciences. She believes in real estate’s potential to transform and positively impact individual lives and broader communities.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Monica enjoys immersing herself in Boston’s diverse neighborhoods, attending and giving back at local events and fostering deep, meaningful connections within the community.
