Meet Monica
Monica joined The Collaborative Companies in 2023 as Leasing Director for HEW at 1515 in Brighton, Massachusetts. With that lease-up now complete, she has transitioned to the role of Sales Coordinator at 1515 Commonwealth Avenue, the condo portion of the project by The Davis Companies — the same developer behind HEW. Monica has also led leasing for several high-profile luxury developments, including The Kensington, 30 Dalton, and The Benjamin and VIA in the Seaport, and brings extensive experience from her tenure at firms such as Bozzuto, Berkshire Communities, Greystar, and Metropolitan Partnership.
Monica graduated from the University of Maryland, where she studied behavioral and social sciences. She believes in real estate’s potential to transform and positively impact individual lives and communities.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Monica enjoys immersing herself in Boston’s diverse neighborhoods, attending and giving back at local events, and fostering deep, meaningful connections within the community.
