Laura is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TCC. She provides guidance to some of the city’s largest development teams from as early as the land purchase through occupancy. Her unique perspective and skill set combine an in-depth knowledge of strategic pricing and analysis, branding, social platforms, digital marketing, floor plan design, current amenity trends, and a detailed understanding of the consumer base demands. Laura is responsible for compiling and managing budgets, preparing strategic marketing and media plans, the hiring and developing of the sales and leasing teams, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the sales and leasing galleries.
In addition to overseeing the sales and marketing for a vast majority of new construction projects across the city, Laura is the Project Manager of Boston’s largest residential project, EchelonSeaport. EchelonSeaport is a 1.3 million square-foot, three tower mixed-used development in Boston’s Seaport District. With a background in visual marketing in the retail industry, Laura’s creativity has been a key component in the oversight and implementation of The Collaborative Companies’ marketing programs. Laura has been the recipient of numerous PRISM awards given for sales and marketing for her TCC projects and “Best of Boston” for visual merchandising.
