Biography

Laura is the Vice President of The Collaborative Companies and oversees research, design development and inventory and pricing management for all TCC projects. Laura’s knowledge of the New England real estate market is unmatched, allowing her to provide Clients with in-depth analysis of market conditions and trends. In her role, Laura creates customized market reports that provide recommendations and product positioning for land parcels and other existing buildings. Working closely with development and onsite sales/leasing teams, she assists in making key program and pricing decisions prior to and throughout a project’s life cycle. Laura’s expertise encompasses boutique and large master plan condominiums, multifamily, mixed-use developments for ground-up new construction, adaptive reuse and conversions projects.

Some of Laura’s recent and notable projects include South Station Tower, Raffles Boston Residences, Parcel H, One Dalton, 18Artisan at Tuscan Village, The Quinn, 1515 Comm Ave, EchelonSeaport, Hub50House, Proto, The Pierce Boston, Sepia and Siena at Ink Block, Slip45 & Slip65 at Clippership Wharf and Alloy at Assembly Square.

Laura is active in the real estate industry and is a member of NAIOP, ULI and currently serves as a Council Chair of WLI Boston. Laura also serves as Vice Chair of Weston Wings, a non-profit school.

Previously, as a managing director at Accelerated Marketing Partners, Laura contributed over $1 billion in total sales. Her career began in investment banking for J.P. Morgan in Manhattan on the large loan structuring side for CMBS. Laura has a BSBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where she played Division I tennis as an Academic All-American.
