Kianna is currently the Director of Sales at 1515 Commonwealth Avenue in Brighton, Massachusetts, which was developed by The Davis Companies. She has nearly a decade of experience in onsite residential sales and marketing throughout the Greater Boston area and southern New Hampshire. She has successfully marketed and sold more than $500M of preconstruction real estate property. Kianna consistently outperforms earning multiple prestigious awards, including 2 PRISM awards for Salesperson and Sales Team of the Year.
She has most recently served as Sales Director at 18 Artisan at Tuscan Village in Salem, New Hampshire and at Nevins Hill in Brighton, where she achieved a notable 60% pre-sales in a two-month period. Since joining The Collaborative Companies in 2016, Kianna has been an integral sales member of 88 Wareham in the South End; Slip45 and Slip65 (an 8-week sell-out) in East Boston; Hub50House in the West End; Echelon in Seaport; Metro9 in Cambridge; Pierce in Fenway; Siena at Ink Block in the South End; and Telford 180 in Allston. Her sales skills and marketing analysis are second to none.
Kianna is a REALTOR® licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Outside of the office, she enjoys going on new adventures with her two sons, husband and their German Shepherd.
