Jae joins TCC with over five years of property management and leasing experience. Jae started his career with Greystar Management at The Washingtons in Melrose, leasing over 200 apartments. His experience also includes several lease-ups in Seaport, including VIA Seaport Residences, The Benjamin Seaport Residences with The Berkshire Group and Cottonwood where he was the Leasing Manager at The Alyx at EchelonSeaport. Jae opened The Alyx during a pandemic, having the highest rental rates in Seaport, ranging up to $20,000 per month and was able to stabilize occupancy within nine months.
