Jae is the Sales Associate for The Quinn and Lovejoy Wharf Condominiums by Related Beal. Prior to joining The Collaborative Companies, he was the Leasing Manager for The Alyx at Echelon Seaport managed by Cottonwood and he also served as the Leasing Consultant at The Benjamin Seaport Residences, managed by Berkshire.
Jae started pre-leasing The Alyx in June 2020 during the pandemic and stabilized occupancy within 9 months despite having the highest rental rates in Seaport at up to $20,000 monthly. His leasing and property management experience has made his transition to real estate a seamless process. He’s also a licensed real estate professional in Massachusetts. Jae enjoys building new relationships and creating a warm atmosphere for his clients.
Jae was born and raised in the North Shore and has extensive knowledge of various neighborhoods throughout Greater Boston. During his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing basketball and exploring new restaurants in the city.
