John Lonborg is currently the Director of Sales at Four Seasons Private Residences | One Dalton. After years of extensive travel and a decade spent living abroad in Nosara, Costa Rica, John returned to the U.S. and applied his passion for making meaningful connections with people from a diversity of backgrounds to a successful and rewarding career in real estate. John’s innate understanding of how-to best service clients and manage teams has secured nearly a half billion dollars in real estate transactions since he started with TCC in 2015. He’s held management roles in the Weston & Wellesley markets with Coldwell Banker and has galvanized some of the most successful luxury buildings in the Boston area to break price per square foot and sell-out records, including Proto Kendall Square, Hub50House, and Telford 180. John’s sincerity, work ethic, and dedication have earned the trust of his clients, which include Boston Properties, Delaware North, and The Davis Companies.
Outside of the office John is an active family man with a strong connection to nature, a landscape designer, avid golfer, surfer, musician, beekeeper, and a one hell of a cook.
