Jared Gaudet is currently the Leasing Director at TRIO Newton. Previously, Jared oversaw Leasing at Church Park Apartments, where he worked to revitalize the Back Bay apartment community by streaming onsite operations and continually providing solutions for day-to-day processes. He brings over 8 years of property management and sales experience to The Collaborative Companies. Prior to joining TCC, Jared managed 170 apartments and 3 commercial spaces in South Boston. During his tenure at Corcoran Management Company, he spearheaded developments in Providence, Rhode Island. Jared has also worked at stabilized properties throughout Massachusetts and helped to increase NOI. He takes a data driven approach to analyze market trends and identify property risks and opportunities.
Jared graduated cum laude from Suffolk University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business. He also has a certificate in Data Science in Real Estate from MIT Center for Real Estate. Jared is currently pursuing his MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
