Biography

With over twelve years of expertise in real estate, architecture, design, luxury goods and media, Jill Uribe has joined TCC as a Marketing Manager. Jill has extensive experience that makes her an asset to TCC, as she strategically directs all marketing efforts for two of the company’s most illustrious projects: Siena Condos at Ink Block in Boston’s South End and Slip65 Condos in East Boston. Before joining TCC, Jill served as a Creative Director at creative agency Neoscape, where she strategized and directed marketing campaigns within the real estate industry. Prior to this, Jill served as Associate Director of Marketing and Branding for Aby Rosen’s New York City real estate firm RFR, where she directed and managed marketing campaigns, brand creation and design initiatives for the firm’s  luxury residential, commercial, hotel and retail properties and new developments in New York, Miami, Tel Aviv and Germany, including landmark properties Gramercy Park Hotel, the Seagram Building, the Lever House, One Hundred East Fifty Third Street, designed by Foster + Partners, The W Tel Aviv Hotel & Residences and the W South Beach Hotel & Residences. Jill’s background is rooted in creating brand awareness, sustaining a project’s identity once it has been realized and creating a customer experience across marketing platforms. Jill graduated from University of Colorado in Boulder and received an MS from Columbia.
