Biography

Rachel has been a member of the TCC team for almost 10 years. Her market studies, surveys, and competitive analysis reports help to ensure accurate market pricing, and have provided a critical advantage to many local developers for both sales projects and leasing projects in the Boston Market.  As the Director of Leasing at her current project known as Proto at Kendall Square in Cambridge, Rachel has played an integral role in maximizing her client’s price per square foot in the Cambridge rental market, and is actively leasing 280 innovative micro units with her team to ensure a quick and efficient lease up.  Prior to Proto at Kendall Square, Rachel was the Sales Executive at a condominium development known as Slip65 at Clippership Wharf in East Boston.  Rachel and her colleague completed an 80- unit sellout in just 2 short months.  Rachel was responsible for a quick and efficient sale of these 80 condominiums, creating a whole new market value in East Boston, as well as the highest price per square foot in the history of East Boston.  Rachel’s projects prior to Slip65 include the Tremont at 3rd Ave in Burlington, and all 3 new-construction buildings in Allston, MA, known as The Element, The Edge, and The Eco in the Green District.  She has managed both sales and leasing projects in the Boston market, and due to her increased lead generation resulting in quick and efficient sellouts & lease-ups, she has increased project revenues by as much as 10 percent for one project.   In addition, Rachel has had the important responsibility of managing the overall marketing of sites for such clients as Boston Properties, the Related Companies, Cresset Development, The Mount Vernon Company, Nordblom, and Lend Lease. She received the prestigious 2016 Prism Award as Sales Professional of the Year.
