Colleen entered the real estate industry in 2002 and quickly emerged as a powerful force in development sales and leasing. It is no surprise that the developments she has marketed have exceeded sales projections and outperformed the market. Her strong negotiation skills, target marketing and keen understanding of urban, vertical development projects have contributed to record sales and traffic results at several developments with which she has been involved. Colleen is currently part of the sales team marketing Sepia and Siena at Ink Block in Boston. She previously worked several developments in Chicago including the Mandarin Oriental. Colleen earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Loyola University. She received the prestigious 2015 Prism award for Sales Team of the year.
