Cindy is a resourceful professional who over the last 20 years has gained experience in everything from land development and product selection to marketing and sales in new construction in both urban and suburban markets. She serves as the sales director at the prestigious Pierce Boston in the city’s vibrant Fenway neighborhood and has also successfully marketed Belclare, a suburban condominium development in Wellesley. Before joining The Collaborative Companies, Cindy worked for such notable development firms as Toll Brothers and Pulte Development, as well as New Boston Fund, and was part of the sales team marketing the Carnegie Abbey Club in Portsmouth, R.I. Cindy also serves as the Director of Training for TCC, educating our staff on the Critical Path Sales Method, the industry’s premiere program. She was awarded the 2014 Prism Award as Sales Professional of the year. Cindy has a degree from Mass Bay College, Wellesley.
